      • In the event of any special circumstances, such as public health emergencies or any situation that affects your ability to write an examination, regulations will be communicated through the Moodle platform. Please make sure to check for updates regularly.

In cases where exams cannot be held physically, alternative forms of assessments such as online exams or take-home assignments may be considered.

      • Late submissions are not accepted unless approval has been obtained from the teacher. If you are unable to submit an assessment on time, you must:

Inform the teacher in advance about your situation.
Provide valid documentation (e.g., a medical certificate) to justify the late submission.
Failure to communicate or submit the required documents may result in penalties or the assessment being marked as zero.

      • If you are unable to attend an assessment due to illness or another valid reason, you can apply for a sick test

The following procedure must be followed:

Inform the teacher immediately about the situation.
Provide official documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) confirming your inability to attend the assessment.
The Head of Department (HOD) will assess your situation and determine whether an alternative assessment can be arranged.

      • All assignments and assessments submitted must be your own work. By submitting any assignment or assessment, you are declaring that:

The work is original and has not been copied or plagiarized.
Any sources used have been properly cited and referenced.
The work has not been previously submitted for another course or assessment.
Any breach of this declaration will result in academic disciplinary action.

      • Plagiarism is a serious academic offense. To avoid plagiarism:
Ensure that all sources (articles, books, websites, etc.) are properly referenced using the appropriate citation style (e.g., APA).
Do not copy and paste content from other sources without proper attribution.
Use plagiarism-checking tools available through the Moodle platform to verify the originality of your work before submission.
